Can you take photos of aircraft that parked on K35 and K39 from outside?

Yes, and a temporary heli spot will be in use during that period, at the entrance to the police apron. This is for use by police helicopters only.

kosten/baten verhaaltje dus.

Here we go again, the Winter 2016-2017 peak planning schedule has been published, valid from 30 October 2016. This is the basis for '2+1 runway use'.
There are at least four moments a day where '2+2' may be applied though: around 07:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:20LT.

0700 – 0720 LT
0720 – 0900 LT
0920 – 1100 LT
1100 – 1140 LT
1200 – 1300 LT
1300 – 1340 LT
1420 – 1520 LT
1520 – 1600 LT
1620 – 1720 LT
1720 – 2000 LT
2020 – 2200 LT

outbound . inbound

This is the leading time frame, variations may and will occur (also in 2+1).

edit: 3rd outbound peak set to begin at 1200LT as of 08dec16.

Any specific details from the "storing". You would expect that after such a longtime of U/S there was also enough time to test the systems included.
