I have noted most of the thread has been in the native language. Would somebody be kind enough to give an update in English please?

I'm not looking to photograph the aircraft merely to see them from any vantage point for serials.

Many thanks,

Tim.

Peter,

Thanks very much for the link. It looks like it will be quite difficult to see the aircraft with the road closures. Is the area viewable from the official airport viewing area?

Many thanks,

Tim.

IF the viewing deck is open, the runway where the planes will be parked will not really be visible. I think you are able to see some pieces of planes between the trees and other obstacles, but certainly not clear views. Besides the great distance by the way. However, landing, taxiing and planes taking off will be visible.

Gents,

Thanks very much indeed, for us we will be flying into AMS on Monday evening a little late to see anything from the terminal. We would like to view the aircraft on the runway first thing Tue morning. The road closures within the exclusion zone I understand, but will there be roads just outside, that allow opportunities to see the aircraft? Kromme Spieringweg that runs through Vijfhuizen looks good for example, will this be open?

Can anyone recommend co ordinates from where the aircraft can be viewed (even from a distance) on an open road?

Cheers,

Tim.

Two third of the invited countries confirmed they will be represented by the head of state or head of government.

Floriadehal omgetoverd tot terminal voor NSS
http://www.nieuws.nl/algemeen/20140226/ ... l-voor-NSS
