Re: Luchtmacht opendagen 19/06

Just like to say well done to all the photographers, lovely pictures. Polish MiG-29 display looks amazing, can't wait till leuchars now. I'm off down to the 3 shows down England soon so this has really set the scene. Michael, your Turkish Stars shot with the Transall is lovely! Keep up the good work...

RAF Leuchars Air Show 2008.

Here's a few of my photos from Leuchars 2008, wasn't the best day for photography or for acts to get to the air. Only a handful of aircraft actually flew (Red Arrows, RNLAF F-16, Typhoon) and they didn't even get the fly their full routines, however, it was still a great day out. http://i344.photobu...

157322 was at Kinloss during Ex Joint Warrior and was apparently from VP-4, NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii.

Laura, these shots are fantastic, especially the second.
Looks like you have the eye for a good photo, and with the camera you have executed a few great shots.

Re: RAF Waddington (EGXW) 20070710

The aircraft in shot 7 is a Canberra B.2, WK163. It is privatley owned, but unfortunatly it has had some problem with it's engine if i remember correctly and is grounded at the current time.

It was a real bonus as it was leaving a week after the airshow.

Re: Waddington (EGXW) 20070709 + Coningsby (EGXC)

Thanks guys! :)
This was my first time going down south for RIAT, and with the Indian Sukhoi's being a Waddington that week it would be stupid not to have gone to Waddington for a couple of days.

I have some photos from the Tuesday (these were the monday shots) and RIAT week if you want?
