Re: Lajes (Azores) (LPLA/TER) - 2012 MIL
Anybody who caught the 18 homebound ANG "Rainbow Team" A-10Cs at Lajes? At least some of them left Decimomannu Air Base, Sardinia, Italy, after stopover on October 14.

Maverick31ATSG, special thanks from Warthog News for identifying all serial numbers of these 18 354th EFS A-10Cs during an unexpected stopover at Aviano enroute Afghanistan. But their destination should be Bagram, not Kandahar.

Lajes spotters! Be aware of a stopover of Michigan A-10Cs from the 107th FS, 127th Wg, enroute to Estonia in support of exercise Saber Strike 2012! I would be very grateful for any pictures and serial numbers. See: http://www.127wg.ang.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123304923

Re: Deployed 81st Fighter Squadron A-10Cs will return home s
@jp 74: Sorry, although I'm a well-informed independent A-10 observer with a lot of contacts worldwide, I don't know any flight plans scheduled by U.S. Air Forces Central (AFCENT). The return of the six Spang "Hogs" depends on two factors: (1) Arrival of the fresh A-10C aircraft package at...
