Russian Mi8 question

I recently completed scanning my Russia 1993 slides and found an (to me) unknown Mi8 on the background of one of the pictures. Is there anyone who can tell me the full registration it's ending at 53 or 63, and from what agency this Mi8 (TPA.... in red on it) is? . Picture was taken at Tushino in ,93...

Also not on your list anymore :AN26 Ukraine /Lithuania ,Turkish F16D, C17 ,France Rafale ,RN Sea King , but still a nice list remains.

Around 12.00 local Army Air 034 landed, from a great distance it looked like a Gazelle.
As it wasn't seen around 1600 i guess it wa a short stop.
Anyone for the number?

According to the Cis Summary there should be an EU meeting today in The Hague, so perhaps more to come up today.
