CN-ANU G.1159A Moroccan AF
It was parked in the middle of the airfield hidden behind hangars. I could only see it in the far distance from the museum grounds.

Apparently a FAF E-3 arrived this afternoon at 5PM. I did not see it myself and I don't know if it's still there.

Re: Paris-Le Bourget (LFPB/LBG) - 2010 MIL
Hi Oscar, Tonight the Herc was still there. In order to see it, the easiest thing is to enter the museum (free entrance). You should then be able to get a decent shot. Should you be there after opening hours, then go to the business aviation terminal. To the left of it is a gate that's always open. ...

Le Bourget 17/18 April 2010
Just like the rest of Europe, Paris was also affected by the flying restrictions that came from the volcanic ashes. As a result there were some nice aircraft stuck on Le Bourget. Next to dozens of bizjets the following (semi)military aircraft could be seen. 90-0300 C-20H 76th AS 98-00010 UC-35A 6-52...

Frequencies Paris Heliport
Dear All, Is there maybe somebody who can provide me with the frequencies used at Paris Heliport (Issy-les-Moulineaux)? The heliport is relatively close to the place I am staying and it would be nice to follow some inbound and outbound trafic. Especially the Securite Civile helicopters have my inter...

Mi-24 in Wierden (NL)
I just saw the message below on the website of RTV Oost.
Apparently a Czech Mi-24 was bought to use the engine for tractorpulling. It looks like the serial is 0839.

Re: Parijs

For Ramstein you could also use Saarbrücken or Zweibrücken. However, you still need wheels to get to the airbase.

32nd Festival de Ballons - Chateau d'Oex
Between 23 and 31 January 2010 the 32nd Festival de Ballons took place in Chateau d'Oex (Switzerland). This festival is wellknown for its unique atmosphere. It is a great opportunity to see a combination of balloons and the snow-covered Alps. Besides that, the Cougar Display Team of the Swiss Air Fo...

A cold winterday at Payerne
On the 11th of January I decided to pay a visit to Payerne, since there was some sunny weather expected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a (very) cold grey day. Still I was able to catch some Hornets in the snow. http://www.niekvanderzande.nl/web/image01.jpg http://www.niekvanderzande.nl/web/image...
