This Viper is apparently serial 89-2089, not 2112 as reported by the aviation safety site. 2112 flies as the 112FS boss bird, the one with the mishap had 180FW markings on the tail, which is 2089.

Als ik me niet vergis zijn er momenteel maar 2 front line squadrons met de F-35B actief bij de Britten, dus niet zo raar als er maar 8 aan boord waren.
