this morning (local time) an Airlines PNG Dash 8 crashed in Papua New Guinea, while flying from Lae to Madang.
there were 32 people on board.
there should be survivors, but exact figure yet unknown.

last Friday a Cessna 310 ditched in the ocean near Hawaii. plane flew from Monterey to Hawaii. after 11h 30min of flight, and 500 miles from Hilo the pilot radioed he was running low on fuel.
