Amiens has a 1230m and 25m wide runway.
If a KC-135 wants to get airborne in Amiens, it must be with minimum fuel only. Understandably that would not be sufficient to make it over the channel

Can anybody tell me if this airshow is open to the public. A few years ago I wanted to go, but it was only open for the fan-club(if I recall correct)........
